Prince is something I hold dear in this life... therefore, it only makes since I rework a greatest hits album cover. And here it is.

A 2011 Facelift

 

This originated from a piece I did a couple years ago. I always like the piece a lot, and wanted to modernize it with an updated skill set. Something about Afros just sends my creative mind into a frenzy. That, and a retro chic aesthetic.

Going to see Twin Shadow today with Miharu and Ben today in Cincinnati. It's a free show, which is the best kind in my opinion. Anyway, here is a little musical sample.

 I apologize for my incredibly long hiatus. This winter has sent me into a kind of silent hibernation... a much needed R & R from the weight of the former semester. But allas, it is 2011 and the time has come for me to re-emerge from my den. Here is a sketch from a secret project I am working on -->
